To find a home in this vicinity: An affordable realistic solution.
I have written something on the theme of our recent real estate show in my early post titled ‘A portrait of Rural Bengal’.
But I think I should have talked a little about the show which might have clarified the context of that article.
Here in AGO (web development india)( http://www.agomnimedia.com/) we conduct a realty show (http://www.realtyexpo.in/) every year under our flagship brand AGO Plus. We do it in association with Credai Bengal which is known as the apex body of the organized real estate developers/builders across West Bengal. The show (http://www.realtyexpo.in/realtyexpo.htm) conceptualized to showcase an ensemble of Real Estate projects in West Bengal. For me it is just like another fair like ‘book fair’, ‘handicrafts fair’ ‘leather fair’ ‘industrial fair’ that are held in Calcutta every year. Here we can have the plethora of homes under one roof. We will be able to interact with the people involved with building construction, material manufacture, Home and Office decoration and so forth. Interestingly, we can even talk to those people who usually fulfill our dream by lending the money without which the dream of home would have never been fulfilled. Yes, I am talking about the financier, who have their own numerous rules & regulations to be followed when you ask for finance from them, and it would be more bothering when conveyed through phone. .
I was not at all surprised when I heard about the massive footfall on the show last year. Everybody like me is always very keen about the realestate projects happening in the city as it allows them to create their own wish list, to accumulate the information which is very useful but hard to find normally. It is nothing but to observe dream has been transforming gradually towards reality. People know what they can afford, but never find any suitable choice for that, and if something happens to come in sight, they are unsure about the next step.
So this time I am going to visit the ‘mela’, if any of you interested you can join me at Science City, March 04 – 08, 2009 about 11 AM to 9 PM.. Everyone has got right to leave their own life fulfilling their cherished dream. If you go there don’t forget to write something about the theme and of course about your much desired sweet home.
