King of Pop songs in India …A Legend of glory

One fine day one young lad came with his charming voice and said ‘Kabhi albida na kahena’ (never say goodbye), the tune which came from his voice, swept away the million hearts of Indians to the torrents of music and the voice became the voice of India. We sang with his rhythm and never let him fade away from our memory. We never said good bye to him. He is none other than Kishore Kumar, the king of popular music in India. He left us 22 years ago but leaves behind his legacy, countless memorable songs such as -‘A chalk e tujhe’, -‘Dil aisa kisine mera toda’, -‘Chingari Koi Bhadke’,-‘O majhi re’, ‘Dilbar mere..’ ‘Zindegi ek Safar’and so on. Yesterday was his birthday – a fond of remembrance. Voice of India still rocks million hearts.

Kishoreda, you are still very much here, close to our hearts, we haven’t forgotten you. ‘Pal pal dil ke pass tum raheti ho’

kishore kumar is one of the all time greats when it comes to singing or acting. All the songs which are in different modes are really worth listening still in 2009
